What to expect:

As a Tax Accountant / Auditor, you will foster close relationships with your clients, gaining in-depth knowledge of how they do business. The Tax Accountant / Auditor will verify the correctness of financial reporting, review accounting records, compile pertinent supporting documentation, and finish tests.

Salary: $42,000 - $85,000 / year

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Seaford, Delaware

What you will get to do:

• Participate in the engagement planning process and help evaluate risks
• Gather supporting documentation and completing tests to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Prepare financial statements and reports for clients
• Interact with and maintain a constructive working rapport with clients
• Organize and prioritize your workload to ensure project and client deadlines are met

You will bring these qualifications:
Experience Level: Entry - Level Experience, Mid – Level Experience
Education: A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively pursuing CPA designation preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
• Results oriented with a strong willingness to learn and sharp attention to detail
• Dedicated and dependable
• Must have a strong work ethic

Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday, in Office. Extended hours during tax season paid at overtime rates. Fridays off from Memorial Day to Labor Day
