About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to manage and optimize our paid media presence across multiple platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Bing, Reddit, Rednote, and TikTok. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing ad accounts, optimizing performance, identifying top-performing content, and developing effective audience strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ad accounts across Meta, Google Ads, Bing, Reddit, Rednote, and TikTok.
• Optimize performance and efficiently manage weekly advertising budgets to achieve optimal ROI and business KPIs.
• Identify and leverage top-performing content to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and implement audience strategies to ensure targeted, effective outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative) to align on strategy, messaging, and creative execution.
• Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Recommend new, innovative ideas to test and explore

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience managing significant paid social media budgets.
• Experience in managing six-figure digital campaigns
• Proven track record of optimizing paid social media campaigns to achieve measurable results.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; Proficient in data analysis and using insights to inform marketing
• strategies.
• Solid understanding of digital ad platforms including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and content optimization.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in performance marketing
• Understanding of performance marketing KPIs, reporting and analysis
• Familiarity with emerging platforms and digital marketing innovations.
• Experience with GA4, Hubspot and Salesforce

Salary: $85,000-105,000 per year, based on experience.
