Job Description

Tetron Auto Parts is seeking an experienced Sales Representative with 3-5 + years of automotive parts sales experience and a strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry . As a leading manufacturer of BOXI brand OEM-standard replacement parts, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service nationwide. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while actively engaging with customers and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Sales Growth: Promote and sell our wide range of aftermarket parts to existing and new clients, achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Market Expertise: Utilize knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry to anticipate customer demands and identify emerging opportunities.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Order Processing & Fulfillment: Accurately process customer orders and coordinate timely product delivery.

Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Sales Reporting & Strategy: Monitor sales performance, provide insights to management, and help develop strategies for continued growth.

Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and increasing market share.

Qualifications:

3-5 + years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry.

Strong understanding of automotive aftermarket trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients remotely.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for remote sales management.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving sales growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field.

Experience in e-commerce operations related to automotive parts sales.

Knowledge of market research and data analysis to identify sales trends and customer behavior.

Proven track record of successfully signing new customers and driving revenue growth.
