Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Analyst:

• Use SQL to pull and analyze data, pinpointing opportunities to streamline and clean up system configurations.
• Ensure accuracy in network and agreement setup to support correct provider payments and member cost sharing.
• Configure and maintain network and agreement data within the Facets system, supporting both new builds and updates.
• Conduct end-to-end validation of configurations using claims testing, SQL, and Excel to confirm accurate claims processing and reimbursements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues independently, acting as a go-to resource for the Business Configuration team.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Provider teams to foster a unified, solution-focused approach to configuration management.
• Stay on top of your workload and meet turnaround and quality standards with minimal oversight.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and recommend smarter ways to optimize processes and system performance.
• Help support training efforts, special projects, and ongoing team development by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex configuration tasks.

Required Skills for Data Analyst:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics
• 3+ years working within a core claims administration
• SQL/Database experience
• Experience with Facets in a managed care setting using Claims, Provider, Network, Product Benefit Configuration
• Experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare programs and reporting
• Experience with Claim Adjudication and provider reimbursements
