Studio Define ('s owner is looking for an executive assistant to support the owner in various business start-ups:
Requirements：
* Full time (40 hours a week) monthly fix salary; not hourly pay.
* Pay expectation should be in line with your own country's good pay expectation.
* Need to be able to set fixed work hour on US Pacific Standard Time for 8 hours between 8AM to 5PM PST
* Require fluency in spoken and written English
* Be able to meet via zoom call with owner multiple times a day and communicate via WhatsApp throughout the day

The assistant role is not a regular virtual assistant role but a dynamic one that growths with the business. The assistant is to be the right hand of the company owner and must have a ability to understand the business and know the unsaid needs of the business.
The person taking this role will be involved and learn all aspects of a business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Short term rental marketing and management
Digital marketing
Simple website updates, photo and video editing
Property management
Project management
Processes and operations
Workflow management and automation
Schedule and manage company owner's calendar
Manage project related schedule and appointments
Customer follow up and billing via QuickBooks
Light bookkeeping
Research information
Coordinate social media posts
Social media engagements and management
Manage company email accounts and email correspondence
Maintain company's contact database and vendor list information
Supports other office and administrative tasks such as data entry, document archive, form development, and process documentation
Qualification:
* Must be extremely detail oriented
* Self-starter and proactive
* Experience with short term rental management, digital asset creation, and real estate an asset is a plus
* Experience with WordPress and eCommerce site setup is a plus
* Familiar with office admin and project management softwares such as Google sheets, google doc, Asana etc.
* Familiar with and have copy of Photoshop
* Have business acumen and interested in learning business operations
