Special Operations | Finding Kids is seeking a zestful and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will help our organization grow its online presence to better engage with our communities, increase the public’s awareness of our mission and drive our ability to reach and assist more families. The core duties and activities of the Social Media Manager include but are not limited to: Develop and execute impactful social media strategies Leveraging our subscription with Hootsuite, optimize a wide variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and LinkedIn. Target specific audiences in the geographies we currently operate in (Northern and Central California, Northern Nevada). Craft high-quality, engaging content (including posts, graphics, videos, and stories). Create and maintain content calendar to ensure consistent, timely postings. Monitor, engage, and respond to comments and messages to build relationships with followers Use data-driven insights to optimize content and strategy. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
