ServiceNow Developer

Location: Battle Creek, MI (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Travel Requirement: The candidate should be willing to travel up to 75% of the time to the client location in Battle Creek, MI, until August 2025. After this period, travel requirements will decrease to around 25%.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer for a contract position based in Battle Creek, MI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and integrations and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on integration with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, data imports, and scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and integrations.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and ensure platform performance and scalability.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development .
• Strong experience in ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience working with ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem Management modules .
• Good understanding of JavaScript , Glide API , and scripting in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub , MID Server, and web services.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to other platforms or tools integrated with ServiceNow (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, SAP, etc.).
