Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure CMDB and discovery processes within ServiceNow.
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery to automatically detect and map IT assets.
• Develop workflows, business rules, and customizations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy and consistency, collaborating with IT teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow environment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-ServiceNow, Strong CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery Implementation.
• Required Certification - CIS-Discovery / Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery / CIS-D
• Strong knowledge of CMDB management and Discovery implementation .
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development (scripting, workflows, customizations).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes , particularly Configuration Management.
• Must have CIS-Discovery certification / Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on CMDB.
