Job Description

Our client is a renowned global law firm with an outstanding opportunity to advance your legal career. They are looking for a Senior Litigation Paralegal for their Peninsula office. This group has very low turnover so this is a rare opportunity!

Hybrid schedule is 3 days in office and 2 remote.

Responsibilities :

• Support discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trials by compiling and organizing relevant legal documents.
• Manage large-scale document collections and maintain internal case files, including monitoring court dockets.
• Draft, proofread, and cite check court filings and legal memoranda using Bluebook standards.
• Conduct factual research and provide written summaries to support case strategy.
• Coordinate with vendors and litigation support teams on eDiscovery processes and manage related logistics.
• Prepare and organize deposition materials, subpoenas, witness exhibits, and assist with drafting pleadings, e-filing, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of litigation experience; IP litigation background is a plus.
• Skilled in litigation tools such as Relativity and Adobe Acrobat Pro, with knowledge of federal and state e-filing procedures.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and citation skills, including Bluebook formatting.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage competing priorities, handle confidential information, and communicate effectively across all levels.
• Works well independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments; proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel capabilities.

Salary: Up to 160K, Can be flexible depending on experience.
