THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
The Senior Director, Merchandising (Wellness) is responsible for leading growth within our merchandise assortments, building the Wellness category. This leader is very influential and owns a strong voice of Ulta Beauty in the industry as they interact with brand and investor communities, identifying emerging trends and/or brands and onboarding new brand partners to Ulta Beauty across Wellness territories. This leader partners with Brand CEOs/Brand Founders/Leaders to evaluate product development, innovation and retail readiness aligned with strategic business-driving opportunities and growth.
The Senior Director will report directly to the Chief Merchandising Officer, with dotted line reporting to the VP Wellness, Commercial Lead. This leader will partner within the broader Merchandising organization to grow and execute this business, partnering closely with the Merchandising Leadership team broadly, as well as other cross-functional partners, notably Digital, Planning & Inventory, and Marketing. This role will lead a team of buyers & planners to execute across Wellness.

: The pay range for this position is $201,900.00 - $240,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
