Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts in the hospitality industry, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier professionals. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong networking skills, and a deep understanding of hospitality staffing needs, including hotel management, food & beverage, guest services, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for leadership and specialized hospitality roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networks to source top hospitality talent.
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates align with company culture and job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop relationships with hospitality schools, industry associations, and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hospitality recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring laws and company policies while fostering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry or corporate hospitality recruitment.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality roles, industry trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (i.e., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday) and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
