Hurtado Barbecue is one of the fastest growing barbecue joints in Texas, and we're hiring at our flagship location in downtown Arlington, Texas. Hurtado Barbecue started in 2018 underneath an umbrella at a brewery in Arlington, where Brandon and Hannah Hurtado sold barbecue tacos to patrons. Since then, they've expanded to a food trailer - and now, four brick and mortar locations across north Texas. They're also the official Barbecue Restaurant of the World Series Champion Texas Rangers with two locations inside of Globe Life Field.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Worker at Hurtado Barbecue, located in Arlington, TX. The Restaurant Worker will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring fast food delivery. Additional tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, supporting team members, and communicating effectively with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Experience in Customer Service and Fast Food environments
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is a plus
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
