Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception / Administrative Assistant at ESP. The role involves handling receptionist duties, clerical tasks, communication with clients and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the company's image and service delivery.

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills
Clerical Skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
