Job Title: Senior Power BI & Integration Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA - Must live in Georgia

Must be strong Power BI Developer with Mulesoft experience

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Power BI & Integration Developer to design, develop, and support advanced business intelligence and integration solutions. This role will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making and streamlining systems across multiple departments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Power BI , DAX , and MuleSoft , and is passionate about continuous learning and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Power BI Development & Analytics

• Design, develop, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI and DAX .
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for BI solutions, responding to user inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business value.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for data models and report definitions.
• Stay informed on the latest Power BI features and best practices to improve the BI platform.

MuleSoft Integration Development

• Design, develop, and optimize APIs and data flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform .
• Implement best practices and standards in integration architecture and design.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration solutions and technical implementations.
• Monitor industry developments in MuleSoft and related technologies to improve integration performance and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI , including advanced DAX skills.
• 3+ years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform .
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and API integrations.
• Ability to work across departments and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in a lean, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a role with leadership or mentorship responsibilities is a plus.
