Role Description We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create high-performing ad creatives across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Your designs will directly impact the success of our paid advertising campaigns by blending engaging visuals with data-driven insights. Responsibilities: Ad Creative Development : Design performance-focused ad creatives, including static and video assets, tailored for paid social platforms. Performance-Driven Iterations : Optimize creatives using performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA) to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with campaign goals. Collaboration : Work closely with growth managers, creative leads, and clients to understand brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives. Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to produce cutting-edge creatives. Creative Tools : Use graphic design platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Figma or Canva to execute high-quality work. Requirements: Experience : Minimum of 2 years in performance marketing or digital advertising, with hands-on experience creating ad creatives. Knowledge : Basic understanding of key performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA) and how they influence creative strategies. Skills : Proficiency in graphic design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools. Video editing experience is a plus. Communication : Strong ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Attention to Detail : A keen eye for aesthetics, color, and typography, paired with a focus on delivering results-driven designs.
