Job Description

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Temp Retail Associate to work at their Boston, MA location for 6 weeks with potential to extend.

Hours: 20/ week

Responsibilities :

• Represent the brand by interacting with clients on the sales floor.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, product knowledge and basic operational procedures.
• Processes sales & returns.
• Organize product on the floor (folding, buttoning tops, zipping pants, etc.)
• Support with incoming shipments.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Utilize SAP to manage product.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Flexible schedule is preferred and open availability on weekends is required.
• Must be able to commute to Boston, MA.
• Fashion retail experience or customer service roles.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask is a must.
• Team player and positive attitude!
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
