Job Description

Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team! This position is hybrid based 3 days a week in their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.

Job Responsibilities

• Proofread at cite-check briefs, complaints, and other documents
• Prepare and file legal documents
• Assist with legal and factual research and retrieval of rules and regulations
• Organize and maintain firm’s files
• Light calendar management
• Provide assistance on other tasks including support on RFPs and other client/business development matters
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-5 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong research skills with proficiency in various research tools (Lexis Nexis, PACER, etc.)
• Experience cite checking and Bluebooking
• Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and grammar skills
• Strong analytics, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 based on experience
