About CRWD:

• CRWD is a first of its kind gig worker and advertising technology company helping connect brands to real people to create real impact for product launches, social media campaigns, IRL activations like store openings and events, and so much more. Our network of over 100,000 CRWD workers is available to brands to complete all kinds of tasks whenever and wherever brands need them - at scale! 

About the Position:

• Things are picking up speed QUICKLY at CRWD so we need a social media team who will amplify our reach – helping brands and workers alike find CRWD! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm, pitch, develop and execute TikTok-first content strategies that support brand goals, product launches, and community engagement
• Create original, on-brand short-form video content—including filming, editing, and posting—on a daily and weekly cadence
• Monitor TikTok trends and platform updates to keep content timely, relevant, and competitive
• Represent the CRWD brand voice authentically
• Track performance analytics to inform optimizations and report regularly on KPIs (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth).
• Partner with influencers and ambassadors to support content creation and expand reach
• Engage with the CRWD TikTok community in comments, videos, etc.

About You:

• Experience managing a brand’s TikTok (your own brand counts!)
• Proven knack for community management + turning strangers into superfans and CRWD members
• Negotiating chops or experience with influencer/brand deals
• Spreadsheet aficionado for partnership rosters & performance snapshots
• Extra credit for Canva, CapCut, or Premiere skills to polish quick assets

Perks + Compensation:

• $15 per hour paid bi-weekly
• Start date: looking to fill 3 roles as soon as possible for a 3 month internship 
• Hybrid, meeting in person 1-2 times per week in a WeWork in Downtown San Diego
