Job Description

Eagle Transport operates terminals throughout the eastern United States, specializing in the safe transport and delivery of petroleum, chemical, and dry bulk products. We're hiring Class A Drivers for *Local Night Shift Petroleum Operators* in Nashville , TN.

*Position Overview: *

This role is responsible for the safe transport of petroleum products to various locations within Nashville, TN and surrounding areas.

*Schedule:* 4pm-4am; 5 days on with 2 weekdays off

*Average Earnings*: $85,200

*Key Responsibilities*:
* Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely and efficient route management, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time, while adhering to all DOT regulations, company policies and safety protocols.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure safe and efficient operations.
* Accurately prepare and complete all required paperwork and delivery reports.

*Requirements:*
* 23 years of age
* Have a current Class A Driver’s License (CDL), with tanker (N) AND hazmat (H) endorsement ( Combination X),
* Have *one (1) year* verifiable experience with tractor-trailer within the past seven (7) years and the ability to operate a vehicle with air brakes.
* Have no more than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years or four (4) in the past seven (7) years.
* Have no DUI/DWI/OUI within the past ten (10) years
* Have no positive drug or alcohol test or refusals
* Have no "DOT-Recordable" accidents while driving a commercial vehicle in the past three (3) years (defined as a fatality, injuries requiring transport to a hospital, or vehicles towed away from the scene). Copy of the accident report may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,200.00 - $87,500.00 per year
