• ??? You are: A creative and skilled Motion Designer who is looking to join a fast-paced and innovative company. You are looking to play a key role in visually communicating our vision through dynamic motion graphics and animation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual narratives that engage our audience and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.
• ??? Overall Responsibilities Optimize digital content for diverse platforms to ensure a consistent and visually satisfying user experience.

Stay informed about industry trends, design software, and new technologies, including AI, to elevate the quality and innovation of digital content. Develop compelling stories using 2D and/or 3D motion graphics tailored for social media. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project needs, contribute creative ideas, and guarantee design solutions meet business goals. Effectively manage several projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail. ???? Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience in motion design, preferably within digital, agency, fintech, or crypto environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D and 3D motion graphics, storytelling, and brand-aligned visual content. ???? What to expect from Plume Salary ranges are competitive with top startups.
