Role Description: D365 and PROs Configuration: Configure D365 by creating fields, formula fields, and setting up workflow rules. Ensure that the D365 environment is tailored to meet the specific needs of the business. Dynamics CRM customizations with experience in Implementation/Support onMicrosoft Dynamics 365D365 (Sales, Marketing, CE) - Power Platform,PowerApps - Flows/Workflows -Business Process Flows - Business Rules - Web Resources - Excel Import/Export - Security - UI's, Sub-Grids,Data Modeling.Administration: Perform general D365 administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management. Maintain the overall health and security of the D365 environment.Development: Having D365 development experience is a big PLUS.Problem Solving: Identify issues and proactively develop solutions with minimal guidance. Use your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, ensuring seamless operation of the D365 and Power platform.Collaboration: Ensure close communication with the team, keeping team members appraised of progress and issues, and proactively reaching out when the path forward isn't clear.Best Practices: Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed to maintain high-quality code.
