Position: Mechanical Assembler

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay: $23-25 Depending on qualifications

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembling and fabricating components for various machinery. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with hand tools and precision measuring instruments. The Mechanical Assembler will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are assembled efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Fabricate parts as needed using various tools and machinery.
• Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in assembly.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and workflows.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with welding, machining, and fabrication processes is preferred.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
