Job Title: Warehouse Picker Location: Henderson Pay: $ 15.00/hour Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st shift Job Summary: We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Picker to join our team. As a Picker, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for assembly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Pick items from inventory based on order sheets or handheld scanner instructions Ensure accuracy and quality of picked items before packing Organize and stage products for shipment Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or order picking experience a plus, but not required Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs during shift Basic math and reading skills Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be punctual and dependable Benefits: $15/hour starting wage Paid training, weekly pay, health benefits, 401(k), employee discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement Pay Details: $15.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
