Role Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will help manage digital marketing initiatives through paid
advertising, SEO, social media, and client retention efforts while ensuring our firm’s online
reputation remains strong. This position requires someone who is proactive, analytical, and eager
to contribute innovative ideas to grow the firm’s client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Marketing & Lead Generation
• Help manage and optimize Google Ads (Search/YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
• Support in analyzing ad performance and recommending data-driven optimizations.
• Assist in developing high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
SEO & Website Reputation Management
• Help optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Assist in managing online reviews across platforms (Google My Business, Yelp, etc.) and implement reputation management strategies.
• Help the web team to ensure the firm’s website is up-to-date, conversion-optimized, and user-friendly.
Organic & Social Media Marketing
• Support the development and execution of organic marketing strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
• Help manage the firm’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive inbound inquiries.
• Assist in optimizing and updating legal profiles (Avvo, Justia, FindLaw, etc.) for better visibility.
Retention & Client Engagement
• Help create email newsletters to keep leads and past clients engaged.
• Assist in developing SMS campaigns to maintain client relationships and encourage referrals.
• Monitor and analyze client feedback to support retention strategies.
Qualifications :
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• A self-starter who is proactive, analytical, and capable of thinking creatively/outside the box.
• Familiarity/interest in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO best practices.
• Strong copywriting skills with an emphasis on lead generation.
