LHH is assisting a sophisticated midsized law firm in NYC in its search for a Litigation Associate. An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial real estate litigation experience, with particular emphasis in contested foreclosures of multifamily, retail and other commercial property, note and guaranty recovery, contract disputes and judgment enforcement. Experience prosecuting and defending actions involving title, title coverage, lien priority, UCC and lender liability claims is a plus.
