ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a 100% teletherapy position. Work from home while serving patients accessing care from their homes or other private locations. Provide behavioral care services through a HIPAA-compliant online system.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide mental health services such as intake, therapy and counseling
Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual’s thoughts, feelings and behaviors
Act as a treatment team member to determine, coordinate and implement appropriate care
Prepare and regularly maintain progress notes and discharge summaries
Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all
Facilitate therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces treatment plans
Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
Maintain all required certifications and licenses
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Preference for clinicians licensed in California
Professional licensure must enable independent practice
Provisional licenses or those requiring additional supervision are ineligible
1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license
Interest in being a pioneering clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality
Comfortable with technology
Strong communication skills
Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred
POSITION LOGISTICS
Schedule is determined by AtHome Operations. We will work to create a schedule that meets your needs as well as the business needs of the organization. Array operates 7 days/week, 7am-11pm.
100% remote position
Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality
You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The pay range for this role is $41 - $45 an hour (possibility to earn more based our RTU model). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Beginning at 24 hours per week you become eligible for CME credits and FlexTime, which can be used for any requested time off, including but not limited to vacation, holidays, personal and sick time
