Lead Audio Visual Technician Job Details:

• Schedule: 7:30- 4:30 Mon-Fri. .
• Pay Rate: up to $35.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
• Direct Hire Opportunity with benefits including PTO, Health Insurance,401K

Lead Audio Visual Technician Job Description:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot various AV systems, including flat panels, projectors, structured cabling systems, audio systems (25/70-Volt), video distribution systems, IP encoders, control systems, DSP, and rack-building.
• Perform cabling rough-ins, lacing wires, and ensuring high-quality installations.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining versatility and attention to detail.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, particularly when working on ladders or using power tools.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver seamless AV solutions providing excellent customer service by maintaining a professional appearance and a responsive, friendly attitude.

Lead Audio Visual Technician Job Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in installing and troubleshooting audio/video systems.
• Proficiency in structured cabling and familiarity with security/surveillance systems (preferred).
• Certification or training in AVIXA/InfoComm CTS, Biamp, Crestron, Extron, and Legrand AV.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and networking principles.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to job sites.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a DCJS license.
