Scare Make-Up Artists are essential to the operation of the haunted attractions for Phantom Fall Fest. We are looking for Team Members to create the "haunted" Team Members for our haunted attractions. Responsibilities include transforming Team Members into chilling characters using creme and water based make up as well as latex and prosthetics. Team Members put on make-up and prosthetics within the design for the attraction, greet customers, assist with questions, provide an engaging customer experience, operate attractions safely, maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests, and perform other duties as assigned to support the park. Qualifications include being at least 16 years of age, previous special effects make up experience and portfolio preferred but not required, ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills with complete understanding of English, and flexible schedule availability including holidays and weekends. Working conditions require standing for long periods, walking long distances, exposure to variable temperatures, and ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects up to 30 pounds with occasional bending, squatting, and reaching above shoulders.
