Top capital markets firm with global offices is seeking an EA to support their Legal & Compliance team in their New York office. Need a bright and pro-active individual to focus on administrative tasks specific to the company's legal billing activity and platform. Work with team members and external law firm to make sure all billing aligns with company guidelines. Handle ad-hoc project work including process improvement, leveraging technology, legal hire onboarding, and routine requests by team members.
3+ years of EA experience required with a positive attitude, a proven record for problem solving, solid organizational and communication skills,
Proficiency in all MS Office and have exposure to using Thomson Reuters.
Must be able to function individually within a fast-paced, and dynamic environment, be detail oriented, resourceful, trustworthy, with the highest ethical standards.
