POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Merchandiser specializing in personalization will assist in the delivery and execution of the online digital merchandising strategy. This role is responsible for optimizing the customer journey through tailored product recommendations, personalized content, and seamless user experiences across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content strategy, data analytics, and eCommerce platforms to create customized experiences that drive engagement and conversion. This position will utilize competitive insights, web metrics and KPIs to make data-driven recommendations for site exposure optimization to improve the overall user experience. This position will partner with many cross-functional partners including member marketing, creative design, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position will report to the Sr. Digital Merchandiser.

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement personalized merchandising strategies across digital platforms including the website and mobile app.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in personalization strategy for the website and app.
  • Monitor and optimize personalized experiences based on data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Leverage personalization tools and platforms to deploy and manage personalized content.
  • Perform regular performance analysis and generate reports to track the effectiveness of personalization strategies, and propose new strategies based on insights.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure seamless implementation of new personalized content across digital channels.
  • Assists with business validation testing on new capabilities and enhancements.
  • Competitive Insights: Continuously look at trends in site experience and site merchandising for outside inspiration, as well as across the beauty industry to benchmark against competitors and identify key opportunities and gaps.
  • Continuous Improvement: Complete on-going training and development courses supported by the HR Training Team or the Office of Change Management Team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of e-commerce merchandising, personalization strategies, or other relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • Knowledge of personalization tools and technologies (e.g., Adobe Test and Target) a plus.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Outstanding communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Monday.com, Content Management Systems (CMS) and e-commerce analytical tools.
  • Proven success in an e-commerce role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as making independent judgment calls.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Initiative-taking and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, environment.
  • Proactive and eager to constantly seek out opportunities to make an impact.
: The pay range for this position is $64,900.00 - $86,400.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
