Robert Half Marketing and Creative is working with a client in the Real Estate space who is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Associate. This is a direct hire position that is HYBRID in Atlanta.

• Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across paid search, display, social media, and programmatic platforms to generate qualified leads.
• Use customer data and behavioral insights to create targeted campaigns that improve engagement and enhance the customer experience.
• Partner with teams across the company to ensure marketing strategies support broader business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, cost per lease, and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and innovations in digital advertising and multifamily marketing.
• Guide the development of ad creatives and messaging that speak directly to our audience.
• Maintain brand integrity and ensure compliance with legal and advertising standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising.
• Expert in Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with a track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
