ABOUT THIS ROLE

Orchestra is seeking a Digital Content Manager to play a crucial role in managing Orchestraco.com, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, developing a range of internal- and external-facing content and supporting Orchestra’s companies with various content marketing requests. The ideal candidate is hands-on, extremely organized, collaborative and able to thrive at a fast-paced, growing company. Role location: This role is based in our New York, NY, office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in office 3 days per week.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

As a Digital Content Manager, you will… Build out the Orchestra website in collaboration with web developers, SEO strategists, the creative team, and key stakeholders — with strategic oversight from the Vice President of Marketing Communications. Manage and update content in the CMS. Track KPIs in Google Analytics and share insights regularly. Optimize content to boost SEO and organic traffic. Write and publish engaging, audience-targeted content across platforms and formats (i.e., ad copy, LinkedIn posts, internal communications, blog posts) that aligns with the Orchestra brand. Project manage the development of visually-appealing graphics, videos and multimedia assets. Deploy a newsletter to Orchestra clients, prospects, partners and other subscribers; report on performance and recommend enhancements. Collaborate with team members on managing the internal and external content calendar and the content development process. Essential skills: 5+ years of experience in digital content or related field. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. Knowledge of Google Analytics for performance tracking. Experience managing social media pages, particularly LinkedIn. Understanding of content marketing strategies and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with CMS (ideally Webflow and WordPress). Preferred: Experience with CRM (Hubspot). Experience with Asana. Experience creating visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with paid media.

WORKING AT ORCHESTRA

Compensation philosophy: Orchestra offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels. Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $95,000-$115,000. Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents. Pre-tax Health Savings Account Savings Plan (HSA-SP) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). 401K with a 4% employer match and no vesting period. Generous paid time off.
