Objective / Purpose

The Digital Content Manager will oversee the development, management, and optimization of digital content across Kessler Collection's online platforms. This individual will ensure that all website content aligns with the company’s brand, voice, and goals while maintaining a user-friendly, engaging, and visually appealing online experience. As part of the corporate marketing team, the Digital Content Manager will work closely with design, development, and marketing departments to enhance our digital presence and drive engagement.

Areas of Responsibility/ Tasks

Primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage, edit, and update content on Kessler Collection’s corporate website and associated digital platforms.
  • Manage, edit, and update content on each property website and associated digital platforms.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments (marketing, design, operations, etc.) to plan, create, and optimize new content for the website, including text, images, videos, and multimedia elements.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Maintain and organize content calendars for new website launches, blog posts, and promotions.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset management platform.
  • Ensure asset rights are maintained and audited on a regular basis.
  • Support the development and execution of content strategies for seasonal campaigns, product offerings, and special promotions.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with current offerings.
  • Ensure content is properly displayed across devices and browsers.
  • Ensure all website content is optimized for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Manage and execute the content approval process, including collaborating with key stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any content-related issues in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications

Education, License, Certifications, Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field – preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in web content management, digital marketing, or related roles – required
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, and web technologies - required
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and web design principles – preferred
  • Experience with organizing and maintaining asset management platforms (Canto, Jellyfish) – required
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, IT, and marketing – preferred
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and basic web development knowledge – required
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite – required
  • Experience in managing e-commerce or booking-related websites – preferred
