Tool Creation & Repair: Engage daily in crafting and perfecting dies and molds to meet exacting standards.
Seamless Production: Ensure every production run begins smoothly by setting up and adjusting tooling.
Technical Troubleshooting: Quickly tackle and resolve any issues related to our tools and dies.
Collaborative Process Improvement: Work with engineering and production teams to elevate product quality.
Consistent Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and comprehensive maintenance on all equipment.
Detailed Documentation: Precisely record every adjustment or repair, maintaining a well-documented tool history.
Safety and Organization: Commit to workplace safety and keep your environment organized.

Skills & Expertise

Extensive experience as a Tool & Die Maker or similar profession.
Master of troubleshooting with detailed attention to each task.
Skilled in utilizing precision tools and interpreting intricate blueprints.
Status as an articulate communicator and team player.
