Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using UI Path. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, identify, and automate manual processes. Develop best practices, governance, and frameworks for scalable RPA deployments. Provide technical leadership and mentor developers on UI Path coding standards and best practices. Optimize existing RPA workflows for efficiency, scalability, and performance. Integrate UI Path solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms. Ensure compliance with security policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards. Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures, ensuring system reliability. Stay updated with the latest UI Path features, AI/ML advancements, and industry best practices. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; UiPath, Python, REST / SOAP Web Services, RPA development. 5+ years of experience in RPA development with UI Path. Strong expertise in UI Path Orchestrator, Studio, and Automation Hub. Proficiency in workflow design, state machines, and exception handling. Experience with AI-powered automation, OCR, and document processing. Hands-on knowledge of SQL, .NET, Python, and REST APIs. Experience in solution design, technical documentation, and PDD/SDD creation. Ability to lead RPA CoE (Center of Excellence) and establish automation roadmaps. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise integrations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. UI Path Advanced Developer Certification (preferred).
