Executive Corporate Chef
Job Summary
SIE Culinary Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Corporate Chef to lead our culinary operations across all corporate and client locations. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for culinary excellence, innovation, and sustainability. This role demands a strategic thinker who can elevate our culinary offerings while ensuring consistency, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership
- Develop and implement culinary strategies and menus that align with SIE Culinary's brand and client expectations.
- Lead and inspire the culinary team to achieve high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the culinary program.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all kitchen activities.
- Monitor and manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets to ensure profitability.
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor culinary staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration among the culinary team and other departments.
Client Relations
- Work closely with clients to understand their culinary needs and preferences.
- Customize menus and services to meet client expectations and enhance satisfaction.
- Attend client meetings and events as required to represent SIE Culinary Management.
Innovation and Sustainability
- Drive innovation in menu development, focusing on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
- Implement sustainable practices in food sourcing, preparation, and waste management.
- Explore and integrate new culinary technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing large-scale culinary operations in a corporate or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional culinary skills with a deep understanding of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to sustainability and innovative culinary practices.
Preferred
- Certified Executive Chef (CEC) or similar professional certification.
- Experience with culinary software and kitchen management systems.
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and the ability to create inclusive menus.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
- Exposures encountered, such as hazardous materials, loud noise, or extreme heat/cold for kitchen appliances.
