Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth and profitability, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the food industry, with a deep understanding of the CPG landscape.
  

• Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
  

• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of finance, operations, and marketing.
  

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building and scaling businesses.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
