About the Role
The Company is seeking a Planning and Performance Director, Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in supporting the annual planning, strategy, and business change management for the President and the Health Plan Business. This senior position is responsible for ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and the efficient execution of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be adept at juggling planning, strategy, business change management, and executive support, and will be the primary point of contact for all health plan associates, including leaders, for day-to-day operational and strategic issues. Key responsibilities include coordinating business requirements, leading a team focused on improving the health plan culture and serving as the executive decision-maker for the President as needed. Applicants for this role at the company should have a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Highly preferred skills and experiences include a background in supporting an executive leader as a Chief of Staff, experience in financial and/or operational divisions of a health plan business, and deep relationships within the health plan business ecosystem. The role requires a candidate with proven experience in strategic planning, business change management, and executive support, as well as strong program and project management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and proficiency in managing budgets, financial decisions, and staffing plans are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a leader who can drive business results through effective change management and advocacy efforts.
