Salary Range: $170,000 - $240,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the CFO:

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and business plans to leadership.
• Oversee homebuilding operations, ensuring efficient policies and internal controls.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Evaluate land deals and monitor development budgets.
• Implement policies to enhance operational efficiency and technology use.
• Supervise and train staff on financial systems.
• Conduct business professionally to serve customers and enhance company reputation.
• Travel overnight as needed.

Required Qualifications of CFO:

• Master's degree or similar
• 7-10 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to follow instructions and use company applications.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, use hands for typing, and have close/peripheral vision.
• Intermediate noise level environment.

Preferred Qualifications of CFO:

• Homebuilding industry experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
