Job Description

Summary:

• The skilled Nurse independently provides both routine and complex care in a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Department, managing diverse patient needs from basic to life-threatening conditions.

• Practices according to ANA standards, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, offering education and support to patients and families.

• Delegates and makes appropriate assignments to care team members to ensure optimal patient care.

• Requires a BSN preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant experience, and active licensure and certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC as applicable.

• Works in a supportive, faith-based environment committed to compassionate, respectful care, with an ongoing focus on department expansion and service excellence.
