Job Description

*Hybrid | Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)*

*Location:* Riverside, CA & Surrounding Areas
*Work Model:* Hybrid (50% in-person, 50% remote/telehealth services)

We provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities while supporting our clinical team with a structured, multi-tiered support model.

* *BCBA (You!)* – Lead clinical interventions.
* *Behavior Consultant (BC)* – Assist with case management and supervision.
* *Behavior Technician (BT)* – Provide direct ABA therapy.
* *Additional BCBA Oversight:* A Regional Director (BCBA) provides added clinical support.
* *Stimuli Support Team:* A dedicated team handles stimuli requests, so supervisors have everything they need without extra effort.
* *Local Caseloads:* Cases are assigned within a 25-mile radius of your home zip code to reduce travel.

*Your Role as a BCBA*

You’ll design and oversee ABA interventions, ensuring high-quality care for children with autism.

*In-Home Responsibilities:*
* Conduct behavioral assessments and track client progress.
* Provide hands-on parent training to empower caregivers with ABA strategies.
* Address urgent behavioral situations to ensure client safety and care continuity.

*Remote Responsibilities:*
* Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
* Analyze data from Behavior Technicians (BTs) to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
* Collaborate with caregivers, mid-level supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams to align treatment goals.
* Maintain detailed clinical records and ensure compliance with policies and insurance requirements.

*Requirements*
* *Active BCBA Certification* (Current & valid)
* *Master’s Degree* in a relevant field
* *Clinical Experience preferred* (New BCBAs welcome to apply!)
* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis tools

*Compensation & Benefits*
* *Salary:* $88,000 - $110,000 annually
