Next Gen Vans specializes in mobile office conversions , transforming vans into professional-grade workspaces for businesses, nonprofits, healthcare providers, and government organizations. As demand for mobile offices grows, we are expanding our team and looking for a commission-based sales representative to generate leads for our high-end van conversions.

This is a B2B sales opportunity focused on mobile office solutions , ideal for motivated individuals looking to build their own network in a growing industry. No existing network is required—training and support will be provided.

📈 High earning potential – a few contracts could result in 30+ van sales and long-term commissions.

♻ Easy repeat sales – once relationships are built, customers return for fleet expansion year after year.

💡 Possibility of $200K / year + in recurring commissions as your network and client base grow.

What You'll Do

• Identify and connect with businesses, organizations, and professionals who can benefit from custom mobile office solutions .
• Create a list of potential contacts, and reach out via email and calls to set up an in-depth conversation with the Sales Manager.
• No closing, negotiation, or in-depth discussions needed.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in industries like medical, wellness, outreach, fleet services, construction, and mobile businesses .
• Learn and grow —we’ll provide training and guidance to help you build a successful pipeline of leads.

Earning Potential – High-Value Contracts & Repeat Business

• We currently have the capacity to build 30-40 mobile office vans in the next 12 months .
• Our last contract was $312K for 3 vans —demonstrating the high-value nature of each sale .
• Many customers return to expand their fleets , making repeat sales easier over time .
• There is potential for expansion , meaning unlimited earning potential as demand grows.

Commission Structure (Mobile Office Vans – B2B Sales, no starting base salary)

• 3% commission per closed deal (Avg. deal: $100K = $3,000 commission)
• $1,500 contract bonus for deals over $150K

Volume Bonuses:

• 5% per deal after closing more than 5 vans per year
• 7% per deal after closing more than 10 vans per year
• 10% per deal after closing more than 20 vans per year

Camper van sales count toward your total deal volume for mobile office commission bonuses.

There is the possibility to get sales for 30 vans with just a couple contracts and set yourself up to make $200k+ in following years with your network and reoccurring sales.

With that volume there is room for growth beyond lead generation, towards developing sales and closing deals with higher commission / salary / benefits.
