Corporate & Transaction Attorney – Strategic, Driven, and Ready to Lead

Compensation: $150,000 - $185,000 + Generous Bonus & Incentives

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and manage all aspects of client communication, deal structuring, and contract negotiations
Work on complex corporate transactions across multiple industries, including business formations, mergers & acquisitions, employment agreements, and medical business law deals (MIPA, PIPA, MSO)
Collaborate with senior attorneys and in-house litigation teams to craft winning legal strategies for clients
Develop long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for businesses navigating legal challenges
What You Bring to the Table:
4+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law
Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
Excellent client communication—you know how to turn legal complexities into business solutions
Experience with business formations, contracts, medical business transactions (MIPA, PIPA, MSO, PPM), and employment law matters is a plus
