About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Century City, CA. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your major end result will be to maintain a professional and efficient work environment that enables our team to focus on delivering high-quality services to our clients. You will be a key player in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in a professional services environment
  • Experience with office management software
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and order new supplies as needed

Skills:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will use your excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will use your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential in managing multiple projects and deadlines. Additionally, your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and resolve issues before they become problems. Finally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical in ensuring that our office operates at peak efficiency.
