Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a 2nd Shift Inspector to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: 2nd Shift Inspector Location: Saint Marys, PA Pay Range: $13.50 per hour with attendance bonuses available What's the Job? Conduct visual inspections of parts running through the machine to identify defects. Count and prepare parts for magnetization and subsequent quality checks. Operate machinery for quality control processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Maintain accurate records of inspections and report any issues to the supervisor. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in quality assurance processes. What's Needed? No prior experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under machine-paced conditions. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Reliable attendance and punctuality. What's in it for me?
